Eunice was born in Taiwan and moved to the US when she was 12. She grew up in northern California and went to San Diego for college. She and husband Jeremy moved to Seattle in 2000 and made the PNW home. They have 3 children, 2 high schoolers and 1 middle schooler. Eunice joined the Lighthouse Staff in June 2023 as the office administrator. She enjoys quilting, walking her dog and bringing home plants.
