Shiju and his wife Lindsay have two daughters, Lydia and Thea. Shiju was born and raised in Philadelphia and spent the first several years of his career working in the pharmaceutical industry. In November 2021, Shiju and his family moved to the Seattle area to serve Christ in a local church. He served as an Executive Pastor and as an Interim Senior Pastor to support the church until Lighthouse invited him to serve as Pastor of Discipleship and Family in May 2024. Shiju has a Masters in Christian Counseling from Cairn University. His passions include playing basketball, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
